Listing your events on our calendar means that the regenerative community will help you promote them – for free. This is one way we can lift each other up, boost the regenerative movement as a whole, and make it easier for all of us to let people know when and where our events are. Tap into the power of collaboration and community!Â
Our event listings are completely free of charge and will remain so.Â

Two simple ways to list
There are two ways to list your regenerative events.
- If you have an event calendar on your website, send us the URL address and we can automatically list your events on our calendar. No need to list twice in order to get more exposure! We will automate that work for you.Â
- If you don’t have your own calendar, register to open an account on our site. Once you have an account with us you can then submit a request to add events to the calendar. Your login will get you future access to add new events, edit events and see your past and coming events.
When you request the ability to submit events we will process it and give you an acknowledgement over email as soon as it is available. At that point you can add events, which will start out as drafts until you file it for review for us to publish. You will be able to publish directly once we have established a relationship. (You may notice that we are trying to ensure spammers are kept out.)
Some helpful tips to get the most from your listing:
- Specify the date and time which can have repeating dates, venue and the organizer. You can make your event a repeating event or flag several events as part of an event series. You are free to add new venues and organizers.
- Submit a picture to attract more attention and to stand out.Â
- Add the event address to help people find the event by location. You can also add online only events with no address.Â
- Events are grouped by category with tags for additional selectivity. General categories include Courses, Celebrations, Gatherings, etc.
- Subcategories can include details such as Permaculture Design Course, day course, and so on.Â
Additionally, you can use tags to include additional searchable descriptions. Some examples of tags include location, like Tampa Bay, cost, such as free, topic, etc. Just let us know and we will add new categories and tags as you need it. (For now we will retain the control of categories and tags to try to keep them coherent.)Â
An additional service is planned to provide the ability to book and sell tickets via our site.
